Fees & Charges

We charge our customers on the basis of a fixed fee quotation after our initial review. With the multitude of visa categories that exist and, within each such category, any number of variables in customer circumstances, it would be impossible to provide a one-size-fits-all pricing plan.

We generally stagger our fees according to the type of visa being applied for, the locality of the customer in question and the length of time that the application will take. Our UK Tier 1 Investor and Entrepreneur visa applications will demand a higher fee because the application necessitates the opening of a UK business by the applicant and the arranging of a bank account with funds sufficient to satisfy the Home Office. However, Tier 2 visas are often more straightforward.

Our policy is to charge an upfront fee and to refund a portion of the same should the visa application is unsuccessful. The reason why refund a portion and not the full amount is that our solicitors do not work on a contingent fee arrangement and their own fees, once paid, cannot be refunded.

Whilst we cannot guarantee the success of your application, we request that our solicitors do not engage in any application that, in their professional opinion, has a less than 50% chance of success.
